6. Local storage and document availability
In the current version of BizDoc Maker, saved documents and reusable business information are primarily stored locally in your browser. Browser storage is not a cloud backup.
Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, using private/incognito browsing, storage limits or technical problems may make locally stored information unavailable or delete it. Keep downloaded, printed or otherwise backed-up copies of important records.
7. Logos and signatures
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to use any logo, signature, name or other content added to a document. Adding an uploaded or electronic signature image does not by itself establish that a document is legally signed, authorized or enforceable.
