1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of BizDoc Maker, including its invoice, quotation, delivery note and receipt tools, business-document guides and related website features. By using BizDoc Maker, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
2. What BizDoc Maker provides
BizDoc Maker provides tools that help users prepare, manage, print and save common business documents. The service is intended to make document preparation simpler; it is not accounting, legal, tax or financial-advisory software.
Features, templates, document fields and workflows may be changed, improved, added or removed as the service develops.
Check names, addresses, quantities, prices, taxes, totals, dates, payment details, numbering and any other information relevant to your transaction. Requirements differ between countries, industries and transactions.
3. No legal, tax or accounting advice
BizDoc Maker provides document-making tools and practical general information. Nothing on the website is intended to constitute legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. You should check the rules that apply to your business and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.
4. Accuracy and suitability of documents
You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding whether a generated document is accurate, complete and suitable for its intended purpose. BizDoc Maker does not verify the identity of parties, transaction details, tax treatment, prices, calculations based on incorrect inputs, contractual terms or the legal validity of a document for a particular jurisdiction or transaction.
5. Local storage and document records
In the current version of BizDoc Maker, saved documents and reusable business information are primarily stored locally in your browser. BizDoc Maker does not currently provide a cloud account or cloud backup for those locally saved records.
You are responsible for keeping downloaded, printed or otherwise backed-up copies of documents you need. Clearing browser data, changing devices or browsers, private/incognito browsing, browser settings, storage limits or technical problems may make locally stored information unavailable or delete it.
6. Acceptable use
You may use BizDoc Maker for legitimate personal or business purposes. You must not use the service to create or distribute fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful documents; impersonate another person or business without authority; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; interfere with the website or its security; introduce malicious code; or use automated methods in a way that unreasonably disrupts the service.
7. Logos, signatures and content you provide
You retain responsibility for logos, signatures, names, text and other content you add to BizDoc Maker. You should only use content that you are authorized to use and should not upload unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.
Using an uploaded or electronic signature image does not by itself determine whether a document is legally signed or enforceable. Applicable requirements may vary by location and transaction.
8. Intellectual property
BizDoc Maker’s website design, branding, original written content, software and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit substantial parts of the service without permission.
These terms do not transfer ownership of the business information or original content that you enter into your own documents.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep BizDoc Maker useful and available, but continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, browser behavior, network problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure or improve the service.
10. Third-party services and links
BizDoc Maker may rely on third-party providers for services such as hosting, infrastructure or email, and the website may contain links to third-party resources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and BizDoc Maker is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of independent third-party websites or services.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizDoc Maker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees that every template, calculation, guide or feature will satisfy every legal, tax, accounting, commercial or record-keeping requirement applicable to every user.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BizDoc Maker and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including loss resulting from inaccurate user inputs, reliance on generated documents, loss of locally stored records or interruption of the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. International use and local requirements
BizDoc Maker is intended for users in different countries. Business-document, invoicing, tax, signature, record-retention and consumer requirements can vary by location. You are responsible for determining which requirements apply to your business and transactions.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when BizDoc Maker’s features, business model, technology or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will show when these terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the service after an updated version is published is subject to the revised terms.
